I was very concerned after discovering sheetrock cracks in my house. Cracks began appearing in my ceiling and walls. Then doors began to stick and not latch properly. I asked around and some friends told me to simply water the foundation and it would go away. That didn't work.

I called three companies, receiving bids from all 3. Stratum followed up with me the soonest. They were the least expensive option AND had the best warranty!

The crew was super fast, and the yard was totally intact when they left. The crew foreman was informative and walked me through the process as my house was lifted back into place. I would recommend them to anyone. Call them today!

From the moment they came to the door, I new this was the company I wanted to do my foundation repair. I was surprised at the estimate, wow, that's it. I thought I was going to have to take out a home improvement loan for any foundation work. Turns out I only needed 2 walls done. What a great price. It looks like Stratum consistently provides superior customer service and fair evaluations/pricing. I was given a bid by another Company that would have cost me a lot of money. I found stratum on the net and just started out by asking questions. Whitney was genuine and took the time to conduct some research and answer my questions. Once we decided to proceed with the work, Stratum is the only Company we would consider doing business with, Andreas and his crew came out today and did an excellent job and very professional. Ryan was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. His crew did an awesome job at a fair price and exceeded my expectations. We had some issues with our homes foundation and were pretty green to how to go about fixing it. Stratum did a great job of educating us and getting our home back on track. This company was awesome. Very honest when giving me the estimate. I had other companies come out for estimates and they spent ten minutes with me tops. Stratum spent 45 minutes with me and completely explained everything to me. Not only that, I ask them to fix something another company told me I needed and they told me "we won't fix it because you don't need it fixed". To me you don't find that kind of honesty from too many business anymore.

I met with several foundation companies and Stratum left me the most impressed. Their salesman was honest and explained the process from beginning to end. Also, he didn't tell me I needed more than I actually needed.

Beyond that, they were very quick and completed most of the job in the first day. They were professional and friendly. After completing the repairs, they stayed until all of the doors affected by the repairs opened and closed properly, well beyond when they had planned to stay.

I highly recommend Stratum. My house is now level and free of cracks!
