My name is Ryan Hise and I am the owner of Stratum Foundation Repair (as well as Payless Piers, LLC). I am married to Kristi and we have two daughters, Madi-Grace and Elizabeth. As tough as raising kids can be I think it is our two dogs, Finley and Leggo, that are truly wearing us out. I recently completed my 1st half-marathon(and maybe my last) and currently enjoy the privilege of coaching my oldest daughter's soccer team(Go Cardinal's).
I was born and raised in Dallas. My families business has been in real estate and foundation repair for most of my life. So it was only natural that I would pursue the same line of work. But first I had to make a stop in Lubbock, TX. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1999 with a degree in Marketing(there is a small up-charge to Aggies and Longhorns). I've been repairing foundations every year since graduation. Around 2005 I obtained my real estate license. This has given me a unique perspective on repairing homes and making sure they are "inspection ready". Relying on my experience and industry knowledge I can assure you my company and I know how to address and solve your foundation problems. I have personally inspected over 8,000 homes and continue to work in the field today. Dealing with "contractors" can be tough. Stratum, however, is not a contractor, we are your business partner.

Leggo, Finley
The husky chocolate lab would be Finley. He was named after Michael Finley, formerly of the Dallas Mavericks. He was the 1st addition into our home. Sadly he has slowly moved down the pecking order as newer members joined the family 
The little schnauzer, Leggo, is the most recent addition into our home. My daughters thought their lives would be complete if they could have a "little" dog. He might be the smallest member of the family but his messes are without a doubt the biggest.
